We ship from Hungary, within the EU.

Goods shipped within EU countries are not subject to customs duties.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply based on the value of the goods. These must be paid to the relevant local authority before delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific information on customs practices in different countries.

For shipments to EU countries and Hungary, we primarily use GLS, which offers reasonable pricing and quick delivery for packages not exceeding a 3-meter circumference calculated as length + 2x width + 2x height.

We have favourable shipping agreements with DHL and UPS. You may request shipment via these carriers for deliveries outside Hungary. However, please be aware that additional charges apply for packages over 120 cm, with costs based on volumetric weight (length * height * width / 5000). Consequently, items like bows, which are lightweight but long, might have a volumetric weight of 6-9 kg due to packaging, especially for horsebows.

For countries outside the EU and overseas, we use DHL and UPS for delivery.

We strive to pass on the shipping costs we incur to our customers. Variations may occur due to fluctuating fuel prices and exchange rates.

We ask that you create a customer account, add items to your cart, and once you have saved your delivery address, shipping costs will appear on the cart page.

Each shipment can be tracked online. Once notified of dispatch, please monitor your shipment and inform us immediately if you notice any delays or irregularities.

Small packages and letters may be sent via post. In these cases, international tracking might not always be available. Note that bows and arrows are not deliverable via the Hungarian Post.

Should you notice any damage to your package, inform the courier immediately and refuse delivery if justified, stating that it was received damaged. If you find damage to the product but not the packaging, please submit a complaint to Flagella Dei and the local agent of the courier with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt. We will promptly investigate your properly reported claim and liaise with the carrier. You will be informed of the outcome via email.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt and return the goods. You can request a refund for unused and returned items. Please ensure before purchase that you can return the package via a shipping service that offers online tracking. Shipping costs may vary between delivery and return, and we do not have up-to-date information on available service providers and their rates in your country.

We are unable to subsidise product demonstrations by covering return shipping costs. We provide photos and descriptions to ensure customer satisfaction, which we regard as our utmost gain. Please consider that online shopping carries some risk for both parties.

Should your return shipment be lost, liability falls on the shipper. A refund cannot be issued until the product is intact and returned to our headquarters. Original shipping fees for international orders will not be reimbursed.
