Ordering BOWS that are not on stock (Stock bows

Place your order until 2nd December 2019 if the chosen bow is not on stock but we have to produce it for your requirement. Then we will have at least two weeks to produce it and ship it the latest on 16th December just to be sure it will be delivered before the Holy Night. The farer you live from Europe the better you place your order as soon as possible. Shipping to overseas takes an average of 3-7 working days. After 9th December please contact us for the estimated shipping date, we may be able to fulfil your order.

Ordering ARROWS that are not on stock

Place your order until 15th December 2019 if the chosen arrow set is not on stock but we have to produce it for your requirement. Then we will have some days to produce it and ship it the latest on 20th December just to be sure it will be delivered before Xmas. The farer you live from Europe the better you place your order as soon as possible. Shipping to overseas takes an average of 4-7 working days.

Purchasing goods FROM STOCK

Please do not wait until the last day even if the item is on stock. We do our best to ship everything on time but it can happen that we make a mistake in the Xmas rush or the carrier can’t pick the parcels up due to a bad weather condition or a car breakdown.

LAST SHIPPING DATE this year is the 20st December

Please note the workshop will be closed between 23 December 2019 and 5 January 2020. Any of the placed orders can’t be shipped or produced before 7th January. The webshop will be open every day; your placed orders are welcome.

Communication from our side might be slower than usual since we all will be out of office during this Christmas season. We are going to make efforts to respond your questions, but be patient please if you have to wait some days for our answers, confirmation.

PARCEL INJURIES is always a very shocking issue for both of us. Unfortunately it happens much more often than in any other period of the year. The carriers are overloaded, so they can't pay so much attention to the irregular parcels as they should. Please check every item before singing for it. Injury of the branded tape is always a sign of opened parcel. Take your time and file a claim at the carrier keeping your copy to send us immediately. This case we can open a case against the carrier. If you signed for it, that will mean it was allright and no further complaints will be accepted by the carrier service providers.
