Our secure payment

Flagella Dei eStore is offering its consumers secure bank card payment provided by OTP Bank through its SSL secured bank card payment system.
When using your bank card you will be redirected to the OTP Bank payment site and the payment will be processed directly on the secure webpage of the Bank that is operated according to the regulations and strict security policies of the international bank card corporations. The payment won’t be processed on www.traditionalbowshop.com site and the eStore does not get hold of the data either your card or account. Flagella Dei Kft will not be informed about the payment-side data content (as your bank account data, account number, valid through date), they are accessible for OTP Bank.

For bank card payment please make ready your card! You have to enter the following data:

1. Card number

13-19 digits embossed or printed number on the front page of your card

2. Expiration date:

mm/yy format date printed or embossed on the card

3. Validation code:

last three digit of the number on the back of the card over the signature panel (CVV2 or CVC2). In case you do not have such a number on your card, please leave the relating field blank on the payment page

4. The name of the card issuer bank
5. The name of the owner of the card

Accepted bank card types:

1. Visa (embossed)

2. Mastercard (embossed)

3. American Express (embossed)

4. Electron (printed, not embossed)

Depending on the bank – In the case of Electron cards, the bank decides whether it is available or not for online payments. As long as your bank permitted online payments with your card, you are welcome to use it in our webshop. Please contact your bank for further information.

5. Maestro (printed, not embossed)

Any Maestro bank card will be accepted by OTP Bank. The bank card payment with Maestro card depends on the issuer bank. Please contact your bank if they support the cards in e-commerce transactions.

To make the internet bank card payments more secure OTP Bank has introduced the Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Code (VbV / MSC) service. The main point of this service is the additional identification data agreed on by the issuer bank and the card holder. This data will be checked to identify the paying person during the transaction.

If your bank is offering VbV / MSC service and you are using it the process of the payment will change. You have to enter the data of your card on OTP payment site. Then you will be redirected to the appropriate site of the issuer bank of your card where you will be asked to identify yourself. After the successful identification the transaction will be continued, you will be informed of the successful transaction and redirected to the eStore. Should the identification fail, the transaction will be qualified “unsuccessful”.

If you wish to receive more information about the outcome of the transaction, or learn about the causes and details of unsuccessful transactions, please contact your account keeping bank.

If the Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Code (VbV / MSC) service is not available at your bank or you did not request this service the process of the payment will not change. The eStore will redirect you to the site of OTP where you pay for the purchased items by entering the data of your card.

All the internet trading activities of Flagella Dei Kft will be operated by these Terms of Conditions of Use and will offer the e-business service by these conditions. These conditions are accepted by the consumers and both parties are obliged to undertake them. Any changes of the Terms of Conditions of Use can be stated to be valid if the written contract is accepted by both of the parties.
