Please place orders online. Our goal is to give you the exact item you desire with as little variance as possible. In the event of an item out of stock, we will notify you and products will be put on backorder, unless directed otherwise. We strive to fill all backorders on a timely basis. If you order a bow, don’t forget to give me with your order the draw weight you want and if applicable the color of the leather. In case of arrow order there are so many components, that we ask you to choose the components right and write us your idea (fletching color if you prefer) as clear as you can, that we get the chance to meet your requirements. We will give you an order number when we’re finished discussing your order.
All orders must be prepaid. You can pay with bank card or cash on delivery if your mailing address is in Hungary. If you choose the bank card payment you will be directed to OTP Bank secure payment site. See details: BANK CARD SECURE PAYMENT. Cash on delivery to abroad is not available. The prices are gross, in case of international shipping, outside European Union, you may pay taxes that of we take no responsibility. We do not know the rates and limits of other countries.
Defective bows are warranted. Keep the bill and the warranty slip. It will be needed when a warranty case occurs. There is a usual ninety days warranty with bows against material faults. Please inform us as soon as possible in the event of a defective product: you are asked to send to me: scanned warranty slip, some photos of the problem and a short message how the problem cropped up. The e-mail should be sent to the given e-mail address on the warranty slip. We will offer any further information needed to help you. You will be informed of the solution. You can send the items back without offering an explanation within 3 days; we will send a refund after deducting our costs (e.g. shipping, payment fee). This time you will pay and organize the cost of return. Refund is due after getting the parcel back in good condition. Injuries may have occurred in transit are the responsibility of the shipper to sort out with the carrier company. COD returns to us without former correspondence will be refused.
Prices are subject to change without notice because of increases from manufacturers, inflation, typographical errors, and factors beyond our control. For exceptionally large orders, please contact us for a price quote.

Packages are generally dispatched from Hungary within 3 business days after receipt of payment if the ordered products are on stock. Shipping shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Bows and arrows will be made after your clear order; it may take generally two weeks the most, if longer you will be informed. The products are mainly hand made articles in a family run workshop. After getting your order we will keep contact with you, you will be informed how the production advances. Packages are shipped via DPD or DHL (out of EU and especially to oversea) with tracking; we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Sometimes Hungarian Post offers better prices, so we maintain the right to choose other service than default DPD, DHL. Small packs up to 1500 g that can be sent in an envelope will be posted as registered priority mail. Please note that an arrow is light but long, so I cannot send it as a small pack via Post.
We ship worldwide. Shouldn’t you find your country in the list, please contact me to help me find the best shipping service.
Correct street address and a daily phone number to help the carrier to find the delivery address are kindly requested. To P.O. Box we cannot send parcels. DHL does not pick parcels up without phone number.
Shipping fees include only shipping costs, we do not charge handling and packing costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot undertake to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If you receive a damaged package, keep all damaged boxes and packing materials; file a claim with the carrier and then with us and after opening the box in his presence make sure that the items were injured or not. If yes, make the carrier file this claim too, otherwise DPD won’t cover any cost. If your package was injured delivered and the items got damaged by this, you must contact me within 48 hours in order to be able to solve the problem.
It is important to file a claim at the local depot and also to inform us with photos, as officially we are the contracted partner of the carrier company.
