SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Packages are generally dispatched from Hungary within 3 business days after receipt of payment if the ordered products are on stock. Bows and arrows will be made after your clear order, it may take generally two weeks the most, if longer you will be informed. The products are mainly hand made articles in a family run workshop. After getting your order we will keep contact with you, you will be informed how the production advances. Packages are shipped via DPD with tracking, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Sometimes Hungarian Post offers better prices, e.g. to Ireland or DPD just does not ship like to San Marino, so we maintain the right to choose other service than default DPD.
Generally we ship to European Union countries with DPD Standard www.dpd.de
to all other countries with the Post. www.posta.hu or you can google the site of your country. After leaving Hungary the parcel is in transit, cannot be tracked. After some days or a week it must pop up at your local post tracking site.
You can order priority mailing for extra costs, but please do not ask for premium delivery carriers service because they refuse to ship bows overseas. Airports state it to be a weapon.
Small packs up to 1500 g that can be sent in an envelope will be posted registered priority mail. Please note that an arrow is light but long, so I cannot send it as a small pack via Post.
We ship worldwide. Should not you find your country int he list, please contact me to help me find the best shipping service.
Correct street address and a daily phone number to help the carrier to find the delivery address are kindly requested. To P.O. Box we cannot send parcels.
Shipping fees include only shipping costs, we do not charge handling and packing costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot undertake to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If you receive a damaged package, keep all damaged boxes and packing materials; file a claim with the carrier and then with us and after opening the box in his presence make sure that the items were injured or not. If yes, make the carrier file this claim too, otherwise DPD won’t cover any cost. If your package was injured delivered and anything got damaged by this, you must contact me within 48 hours in order to be able to solve the problem. Shipping shortages reported 7 days after delivery will not be handled.
